Citizens can submit anonymous text tips via their cell phone to the Atlantic City Police Department by texting keyword “ACPD” and their message/tip to 847411. Tips can also be submitted using the Atlantic City PD mobile app, developed by tip411, which is available to download for free from the Google Play Store and the iTunes App Store.
