Patients must be 18 years of age and older to receive a flu shot at this clinic. Specific flu shots available for our 65+ patients. If you are high risk, please discuss getting the flu shot with your primary care provider before attending the clinic.

Those interested should bring their ID and insurance card. Self pay options available.
