On behalf of the Professional Chef's Association of South Jersey, we are pleased to announce our 2023 President's Charity Scholarship Ball which will be held at 'The Merion Caterers' in Cinnaminson, NJ on Sunday, February 26th, 2023.

This great evening, we recognize our chefs and industry professionals for their work benefiting the chapter and the culinary community this part year. It is a fantastic evening with great food and beverage and entertainment and the chance to enjoy being with other guests from our culinary community.

We raise money and give out culinary scholarships and also support our "Chefs In Need" fund and we continue to have chapter meetings with great educational guests. Thanks to this event we continue to sponsor community service events such as Chef and Child programs and participate with other local organizations in events like the Captains Table. Most of all, we are here for chefs and we need your help. The culinary team of Merion Caterers promises that this year's ball will be another fantastic culinary event.

The tickets are at $150 dollars per person and we also have tables of 10 available for you and your group.
